Pumpkin Snickerdoodles

I chose these because they’re fun to make and really good.

Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 cups flour
  • 3 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp.cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 3.4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp.ground ginger
  • 1/4 nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. all spice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

In one bowl combine flour, cornstarch, cream of tartar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice. In another bowl combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg yolk, pumpkin, vanilla. After everything is mixed add the dry ingredients into the other bowl. Place in fridge for 45 minutes. After refrigerated form into small balls and place on cookie sheet, bake in oven at 350 for 12 to 14 minutes.
